The Alexanders over for Lunch...

Michele and Danny and their two nieces came over to have lunch on Sunday...we made special cookies in honor of Harper! Cacey picked out the cookie cutter shapes...

I was in a mad dash to get them decorated.....before they got to our house...didn't make it though..

Michele brought me these beutiful Tulips with a bag of Recees attached to them, she is such a sweetheart!

Jeff grilled Elk Steaks, we had a great lunch together...then went outside and played with our new teatherball...Michele was so fun with the kids!

Danny opted for staying inside and playing with Harper. Thanks for comeing over guys....I'm so thankful of the friendship we share...some days I don't know what I would do if I did not have Michele to talk to!! And I tell her so!! Love you guys!!!!

ps....this is a pic of those beutiful Tulips yesterday....so 3 days from when Michele brought them...My grandma used to say when flowers are given with love they will bloom and live a long time...I find that to be true....these are perfect example!!! I have enjoyed having them in my kitchen!!

Harper watched everyone work and play with her stick that was bigger than her.

Then of coarse little by little the neighborhood kids came over and played! Fun fun fun!

Cassidy was so excited about moving into their new building for the Middle School and High School. Finally the day arrived. She helped her teacher "organize" her desk. We all showed up to help but there was really no help needed...they had it all under control.

Cassidy loves helping!!! She did a great job on Ms. Bryant's desk!

A new sweater for Harper!

Well I just thought this was the cutest sweater ever...Harper is very "shaky" when we go outside...still kinda cold out. So I could not pass htis cute sweater up at my favorite store...Target!

Also got her some new treats...she like them!

And here se is sporting her new sweater...she had NO problems with wearing it...which I thought she would.

We went outside and she was nice and cozy!

Well all the excitement of the sweater must have wore her out!

Jeffery and Tracy.....we all loved Tracy's blue eye shadow!! It was so fun making our person on the Wii... Jeff opted out, he was feeling sick this whole weekend. Bummer for him!

Elyse and Jeffery got tired of waiting their turn....they went outside and played this cool "Tennis/Teatherball" game.

Elyse broke out her Valentine candy for all of us to share MMMMMM. She had Fun Dip.

Everyone just loves Tracy...she is sooooo FUN to be around. All my kids fought to sit by her, Jeffery for some reason was especially attached to her this weekend. He would not leave her side.

Tracy made this great breakfast.....a new found secret from our friend Jimmy Dean. You have got to try it....it was soooo good!!

Poor Jeff he just was no fun....which he usually is....he fell asleep a few times on the sofa....Hey but look he is really warming up to Harper...isn't it sweet? Thank you Trace and Anthony for a fun weekend, we love hanging out with you guys, even if you didn't have a Wii. Ha

Honor Roll...

Yep! Cassidy and Jeffery both made Honor roll this quarter...they have both been on Honor Roll all year! Cacey does well but struggles a little. I'm proud of all three of them.

Thank you Cysil!! Man did we need the cheering up & a bit of happiness!! We have been struggling financially (who hasn't) but it has really got us down. Cysil, a friend from work, brought us a bit of "CHEER"....

TAKE HARPER HOME!!!! But man I was scared and nervous the whole day because I knew Jeff was going to blow his top!!! And he did!! That was the hardest part...not telling Jeff uuuggghhh.

Here is Jeffery with Harper....they were so excited! We got rid of Girdy over a year ago...sad to say I think she suffered from schizophrenia..and being that I am almost there that was just not going to work. I'm praying that Harper will be a good fit for us and us for her!!

Who couldn't love this face? Harper is 8 weeks old and is part French Bull dog and part Boston Terrier. Jeff is warming up to her....he has taken her out for us when we are sleeping...

Of coarse our whole neighborhood has been over to see Harper and they are all sooooo happy for us!!! The Timmermeyers brought Harper a robe...they are sooo sweet to us. Brenda made me some tortilla cream cheese roll ups aaaahhhh they were so good. I was glad they came over to see our new puppy.
